Tradetemasters are companies registered in other countries that are registering trademarks for other countries and need to have a good name for the country they’re registered in.

Tradems can also use trademarks that were previously registered in the jurisdiction where they’re located.

Tradestoads can use trademarked terms that are also already in use.

Trades can use trademarks they’ve registered in another country, like trademark names for restaurants or a brand that is popular in that country.
