When Apple gets sued: What to do when Apple gets the trademark on your product

article In a recent patent filing, Apple has been asked to stop using the word “Apple” in the word-processing applications that are used by its Mac and iPad devices.

Apple has already started using the term “Mac OS X” instead.

In a statement to Reuters, Apple said that the trademark was in dispute and that it would “continue to use its trademarked name in its products and services.”

The trademark was filed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in December 2016.

Apple has been trying to get trademark rights to the word Mac since 2004.

The company also filed for trademarks for Mac OS X, Mac OS, and Mac-related products in January 2007.
