The Disney trademark is for Disney’s products, services, trademarks, trade names, copyrights and trademarks (collectively, the “Disney Trademarks”) and the use of the Disney Trademark is expressly permitted by the Disney trademarks policies and procedures and by applicable law.
Disney has not issued any official policy regarding the use or registration of the trademark Disney Trademark.
Disney does not authorize any other party to use the Disney brand or trademark without the prior written consent of Disney.
