Why this is important for all the NFL teams: The NFL’s trademark office
We’ve seen a number of teams use the phrase “NFC West” in various forms over the years, including a number that were actually called “the West” and were actually the league’s home division, and it seems like the team that is most familiar with the phrase is the Arizona Cardinals.
That’s because they’ve always used it on their jerseys.
The team is the only NFL team that has the trademark for “Nfc West,” and it was originally filed in 1982 by the NFL’s trademarks and trade dress office.
But the team, which was known as the Arizona Wildcats until 2010, has been using the phrase since the 1980s.
According to the trademark office, the trademark registration was filed on May 9, 2021.
The trademark was granted on March 6, 2022.
The NFL trademark office does not have a timetable for the renewal of its trademark.
It was granted in the middle of the season.
It was not immediately clear what the Cardinals will do with the trademark.
The team has not been mentioned on social media since the filing.
